Storage and maintenance of moulds (MouldProtection™ Programme)

We provide to Clients, who entrust us with their moulds, the highest standards in terms of quality and durability. We continuously monitor the technical condition of the moulds and ensure their regulr maintenance.
The moulds stored at RotoSpace are in better condition than when the Client first delivered them. This is possible thanks to the MouldProtection™ Programme, which includes a set of designed and implemented procedures for storing and protecting entrusted moulds. We ensure special care, maintenance and storage of the moulds between production seasons.
The “onboarding” process begins with creating a detailed mould card, which includes, among others: description of the mould along with photos, detailed description of wear and recommendations regarding possible regeneration before the mould is used again for manufacturing. We also provide recommendations regarding mould mounting, proper storage, regular technical inspections and repairs. All documentation is sent to the Client, and the molud itself receives a unique identification number and a separate place on a special shelf, where it is continuously supervised and monitored.
