The task of this industry is to form large-sized tanks. Rainwater tanks with a capacity of 4 and 5 thousand liters are large structures, where the biggest surface has an area of over 5 m². These sizes require special skills and solutions. RotoSpace specialists made sure that such large surfaces do not deform and remain durable and undeformed during cooling process. Appropriate thermal insulation zones have been added to the delivered mold as well as unique process time and temperature parameters have been selected. Thanks to this, the tank walls are of the appropriate thickness in key places. Stiffer and thicker walls guarantee maintaining proper shape. Our know-how contributed to improving delivered mold.
