RotoSpace is the very first company operating on the basis of the RotoMoulding 2.0 idea. What other companies find impossible we see as an inspiring challenge. Throughout the entire rotary machining process, our intention is to redefine boundaries, set new quality standards and production possibilities.

When we were a Client of run-of-the-mill rotomoulding corporations, we were forced to compromise on quality. That’s why, as a manufacturer, we operate differently: RotoSpace manufacturing is intended for ambitious projects and visionary Clients’.

  • accuracy of dimensions by means of applying the strictest tolerance standards within +/- 1%,
  • SilkTest™ guarantees reliable appearance and a perfectly finished surface,

MouldProtection™ Programme

A comprehensive set of designed and implemented procedures which ensures protection and maintenance of entrusted moulds between the production seasons. The condition of the moulds entrusted to us for storage is better then at the time that they were handed over by the Client!

Custom PreHeating™

Achieving the best results by means of appropriate heating prior to the forming process and appropriate cooling after the product has been taken out of the mould. This makes our manufacturing more efficient, more cost-optimal, and more ecological.

PreOrder Standard™

A manufacturing and inventory management method which allows for quicker deliveries than the Just-In-Time method. At PreOrder Standard, we analyse Client’s needs in order to have part of their production prepared even before the Client places an order.

CarbonFootprint Control™

An original standard for counting and controlling the generated carbon footprint of manufacturing. We strive to minimise consumption of raw materials and reduce waste by optimizing production processes and using environmentally friendly materials.

We are an extraordinary company because already on the day of opening our manufacturing plan we had an experienced team of specialists who had been working together, knew each other, and enjoyed spending time together.

Our basis at RotoSpace are the ambitious approach of the demanding client and co-owner of the company, Łukasz , and the extensive knowledge of the production team leader, Daniel Kuszczyk, considered one of the best rotomoulding specialists in Poland. Daniel and Łukasz gathered around themselves a group of people boasting the greatest and longest experience in rotational moulding in Poland. They are characterized by shared values, which translate into achieving the best results.

RotoSpace employees come from one town – Międzyrzecz, which is the cradle of RotoMoulding in Poland. They know each other both professionally and in private, which improves their communication at work and execution of ambitious goals. The team consists of high-scoring people who constantly prove their value by taking on difficult and courageous challenges. And this approach has made them reach mastery in solving the most complex technological problems.
